Basic Policy on Corporate Governance

In order to increase corporate value for shareholders and achieve sustainable growth, the A&A Material Group recognizes that strengthening corporate governance is an important issue.
We will endeavor to realize the following as our basic policy and will continue to further strengthen and review our corporate governance.
